We're not a corporate chain. Decisions about your care are made by the people who know you, in the office where you're sitting.

Brighten Dental/Westwood Dental is a private, independent dental practice with four offices across the Houston area — Gessner Road, Hollister Street, Sugar Land, and our original Campbell Road location. We built our practice around one idea: dental care should feel personal. That means no call centers, no acronyms, and no computer-software talk — just real people who answer the phone and the same friendly faces you'll see at your appointment.

Our practice
Dentistry for real life, across Houston.
Whether you visit us for a routine cleaning, a bigger restorative plan, or something urgent that just came up, we take the time to explain what we see and what your options are — in plain language, not jargon.
Our focus leans toward adult general and cosmetic care, while still welcoming families. Every one of our four offices offers the same dental services, so you can count on a consistent, personal experience no matter which location is closest to you.
Real people, every time
We answer our own phones. The person who schedules your visit is someone you'll meet in person.
Comfortable visits
Blankets, music, softer lighting, and sunglasses for sunny days — small touches that add up to an easier visit.
